Meet Kim Keating, Age 54, Founder & CEO
While navigating her own midlife career transition, Kim recognized the glaring gap hiding in plain sight: women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s—despite their talent, experience, and education—were often overlooked or absent from the workforce. This was especially true for women who had paused or shifted their careers to care for children, aging parents, or manage major life transitions.
Kim founded The Fifty Factor to connect & empower midlife women as they ignite careers, fast-track to leadership, return to work, monetize a passion, rev up or start a business. It is a member community expressly for midlife women to network, collaborate & thrive. Together we achieve more & accelerate change.
Kim is a sought-after speaker and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology from Rutgers University. She is an Executive Women of New Jersey member & almost empty nester.
